Large ruin
From the house, down hill, situated around 20-30 meters down the wooden platform of the campervan you’ll find a large ruin.
Potential for other purposes
With its setup and inside dimensions of 3 meters wide and 27 meters long, it has potential for several purposes. Initially the idea is to make it into a space with a communal kitchen, shower/ bathroom facilities, storage rooms that could be used as simple bedrooms for retreats and trainings.
Walking further down hill
Walking down hill from the large ruin, through the stairs down, you pass the citrus orchard and get to a different micro climate close to the water stream with running water all year round. Around the stream, there are several fruittrees to be found; apple, fig, nut, peach, kaki. In the valley, at the level of the stream, there is a wide flat space next to the river. It has access through another dirt road, which passes the neighboring farm and ends at the plot. The fertile soil are perfect grounds for creating a large vegetable garden.
