The House

As you enter the remote property, you are welcomed by a spacious terrain with fabulous views, a water deposit, which will be transformed into a natural swimming pool to freshen off in and enjoy the surrounding countryside, completely secluded and with no sounds of cars around.

This secluded country house is situated on a spacious piece of land with elevated position in the middle of nature. It contains several micro climates and has marvelous views on protected traditional vegetation with cork oaks and fruit trees. The house faces South/West, offering stunning views of the countryside hills.

Guided tour

The main door is through the terrace space which is lovely for creating a large dining area to eat with friends and family in the evening sun. When you enter the house, you walk into this beautiful dining come sitting room with open plan kitchen. It also has a lovely fireplace for making those winter days cozy. Back to the central dining / sitting room, there is a door to the part which still needs renovation. This part has the capacity of 3 great sized bedrooms, or 1 studio and 2 great sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. View floorplan.

The house is decorated in a rustic Ibicenco style, with stones and materials from the land and the area.

Materials used for renovation

The house is renovated with high quality materials: the thick walls are made from solid stone, repaired and insulated with several layers of special cement for authentic stone walls. The roof is made from chestnut beams, v-groove wood planks, wood plates, roof insulation plates and water-repellent roof tiles.
